HPP acquired Blue Ridge Hill in August 2021. Blue Ridge Apartments is a 48-unit multi-family property on 4.81 acres, in prime Raleigh, NC. Built in 2008, and renovated in 2022, HPP gut renovated all 48 units, upgrading to luxury finishes throughout. HPP also rebranded the asset and added new amenities including a new dog park, a grill area, and upgraded landscaping throughout the property.
