HPP, in partnership with Meadow Partners and Somerset Partners, acquired 300 East 42nd Street. An 18 story, full block 235,000 SF office building located in Midtown Manhattan. The partnership completed a comprehensive $12MM+ value-add capital improvement program featuring facade enhancements, modernized mechanical systems and upgraded elevators, basement amenity space, and an upgraded lobby experience and renovation with a canopy entrance. Multiple luxury pre-built suites were also completed.
